Cubicles is about the life of Piyush Prakapati, played by Abhishek Chauhan, within the confines of the IT firm Synotech, where he has paved his path to corporate life. The first season introduces an excited and freshly recruited Piyush to the complexities of the IT industry. The regular hustle about work-life balance, salary getting exhausted, long stressful working hours, and outage of servers and internet.

In the second season, Piyush receives unexpected news that the office will remain closed for a month due to a building collapse caused by torrential rains. He eagerly anticipates a month-long celebration, but his excitement wanes when his new roommate, Gautam, played by Badri Chavan, awakens him on a Monday morning. Dejected, Piyush reluctantly heads to the office, wrestling with the dreaded Monday Blues. However, as he observes his colleagues, Angad, played by Shivankit Singh Pariha, Shetty, played by Niketan Sharma, and Gautam, deeply engrossed in their pursuits, Piyush questions what sets him apart and why he succumbs to Monday Blues. To further complicate matters, Piyush receives a job offer from SoftTech, presenting him with a difficult decision: Will he accept this new opportunity?

The characters in the series are carefully designed with unique qualities and face challenges while working in the office. The show's well-written script focuses on the drama of office relationships. Although some parts of the series may seem predictable, particularly in depicting corporate life, the writing effectively balances the portrayal of interpersonal office relationships and the complex dynamic between employers and employees.
