‘Star Holi Masti Gulal Ki’ was produced by Frames Productions Pvt. Ltd. It was telecast on the eve of Hoil, the festival of colors when one gets to see squirting colored water, throwing colored water balloons, and throwing fistfuls of powdered colors at friends, family, and even strangers. Star Plus too had redefined the festival with the same logic.

It was telecast on March 16, 2014, at 12.30 on Star Plus channel. It looked that the whole family of Star Plus celebrated this festival to give more visual delight as it brought closer the Star Channel TV actors on the same platform to celebrate the festival.
