Raat Ka Khel Saara Season 3 is the third season of the serial named Raat Ka Khel Saara. Raat Ka Khel Saara is the dubbed series of the original Marathi serial named Ratris Khel Chale which premiered on Zee Marathi. The third season has a total of 238 episodes and takes place 15 years from the original plot of season one. Neelima has usurped the Naik property and Mai is depicted as a maid at Agent Salgaonkar's house. Datta is a servant to the farmer. Madhav is shown to have become mentally unstable because of Archi's suicide and Neelima's betrayal. Abhiram has wedded his second wife named Kaveri after he divorces Devika and Sushma is depicted as rich, however, she wants to sell the Naik Wada, which is already in a bad condition and is haunted by ghosts of Anna and the villagers he murdered prior his death.

A builder from Mumbai named Parulekar visits the haunted house to buy it and the same night the ghost of Anna serves him dinner and alcohol with the house appearing in pristine condition as an illusion. However, when Salgaonkar wakes him up in the morning Parulekar realizes that the house was haunted and he had been served by a ghost. This leads to Parulekar fleeing back to Mumbai in panic. A police officer named Sayaji threatens Salgaonkar to sell the house somehow. When Sushma returns to the wada to sell it she attacks Mai upon seeing her in front of the wada. Mai writes a letter to Abhiram asking him to meet her. Sayaji and his wife Sushlya are hell-bent to sell the wada but Mai refuses to give up her legal rights upon the wada.

Hence, Sushlya visits the wada only to take Mai's thumbprint by force. Abhiram arrives at the wada with his wife Kaveri and introduces Kaveri to Mai seeking her blessing. He decides to renovate the wada and asks Salgaonkar to renovate it. Kaveri gets possessed by Shevanta and falls sick. Devika's parents arrive at the wada and curse Abhiram for having abandoned Devika. However, they do this because of a great misunderstanding between the two parties. Salgaonkar advises Abhiram to meet a man named Raghunath Maharaj, who is actually Raghu Gurav, the aged evil priest of the Naik family. In the time that the wada is being renovated Abhiram learns that Chhaya is the wife of Raghu and is shocked by it.

When the wada is rebuilt and Mai is happy, Kaveri and Abhiram decide to return to Bangalore but extend their stay due to Kaveri's illness. Being possessed by Shevanta's spirit Kaveri frequently searches for Anna and when Sarita returns to claim her rights over the wada, a possessed Kaveri lashes out at her and throws her out of the house. When the ghost of Anna manages to possess Sayaji everything becomes more complicated for everyone. Abhiram suspects Kaveri to be having an affair with Sayaji as he didn't know about the possession, but when the presence of sinister spirits make themselves prominent and when other dark secrets are revealed, how the Naiks try to change their date is what constitutes the rest of the episodes.
