Raat Ka Khel Saara Season 2 is the second season of the serial named Raat Ka Khel Saara. Raat Ka Khel Saara is the dubbed series of the original Marathi serial named Ratris Khel Chale which premiered on Zee Marathi. The second season has a total of 413 episodes and the season serves as a prequel to the previous season. The second season revolves around Anna in his middle ages and depicts the Naik family's dark and suspicious past which led to Anna Naik's unexpected death and the start of all the strange occurrences throughout the house.

The season also portrays Anna as an influential person who is drunk on power and uses it to take advantage of the people in the village and kills any person who dares to stand against him. This leads to the strange events happening in the house and Anna being haunted by the people he murdered. Anna takes over the entire family property by forcefully overthrowing his elder brother Aaba and his family. He later becomes intimate with a village woman named Kumudini 'Shevanta' Patankar who is actually the wife of Kamalakar Patankar.

Shevanta gives birth to a girl named Sushma who is the illegitimate daughter of Anna. Anna being drunk on power and greed usurps the property of many villagers and kills many of them in the process. He also kills Kamalakar and builds a house for Shevanta and the child. However, all his misdeeds and wrongful acts only create disturbances throughout the village and as a result, the village slowly but gradually becomes tainted with dark and negative energy.

The house becomes haunted and Anna sometimes sees the ghosts of the people he has wronged and killed in the past. Shevanta after moving into the house given to her by Anna becomes possessive of him and this leads Anna to trick her into committing suicide. As Shevanta dies on the tree of the Naik family house, the tree soon becomes haunted by her. Years later as Anna realizes his mistakes after being constantly haunted by his misdeeds, he decides to atone for his sins by doing some good deeds. However, as his mistakes weigh more than the good deeds the spirits and ghosts of his past decide to take their vengeance on him and he eventually is killed by the ghosts haunting his house and village. He becomes cursed by his own deeds and that seals his fate and his untimely death.
