Konkan Diaries is a travel show presented by the collaboration between Zee Zest and Nexa, driving the audience to the beauty of Konkan. Konkan has beautiful and picturesque beaches, peaceful marine life, lip-smacking cuisines, ancient and meaningful architecture, and traditional art and craft forms. Konkan is home to rich heritage and loaded with untold stories. Addinath Kothare, a well-known Marathi and Hindi actor, discovered the lively cultural vibrancy of Konkan and its architectural wonders in this show. The show aims to take the viewers on a virtual vacation to Konkan to uncover the customs, cultural heritages,  and forgotten stories. 

The show started running on 5 March 2023 at 08:00 PM on Zee Zest and Zee Zest HD. It was a weekly show, telecasting the fresh episodes on Sunday and repeat-telecast on Thursday at 09:00 PM. All ten episodes are available on the official website of Zee Zest for the viewers to watch online. Being a travel and adventure enthusiast, Addinath has left no stone unturned to make the show lively and amusing. From picking Alphonso mangoes near Ratnagiri (the place famous for Alphonso mangoes) to joining the local artists in the traditional folk theatre show, he lived in every moment and added energy to them.

He has tried catching and selling fish with the people of the Koli community (an agriculturist community of coastal regions who work as fishermen along with their agricultural activities) of a village called Harnai Village. Addinath also went on glamping on a beach in Devgad, Alibaug. In this show, Addinath explored the art of puppetry, tried his hand at making a boat from scratch and cooked and devoured pakoras from the edible mangrove (in Hindi known as sadaabahaar) leaves. From exploring the aquatic life of Konkan by scuba diving in Tarkali to diving into the history of  Sindhudurg Fort and the Colaba Fort, Addinath touched each nook and corner of the beauty of Konkan. The host, Addinath, gave audiences a personal and closer picture of the beauty of Konkan and the adventures it has kept within it. The show is Konkan through the perspective of Addinath Kothare.

Talking about his experience, Kothare mentioned the coastal roads were beautiful and relaxing, and the biodiversity and greenery were soothing and beautiful. Konkan changed its beauty with every turn he took, and each place had its beauty and culture. According to him, Konkan is the best place for a road trip for a relaxing getaway.
