The show is the fourth installment of a hit tv show named India’s Top Model. The show was aired on MTV. it was in the Hindi language. The first episode of the show was aired on 6 October 2018. The show had a total of 10 episodes. In one of the episodes, they had to pose underwater wearing Mermaids dress. In the episode, Tammana won and she got an advantage. She had to choose two contestants who were given the disadvantage of performing blindfolded. In this round, they had to pose around the fire with the model and judge Milind Soman. In this episode, Rhea came last and was eliminated from the show. In another episode, they were chosen in a pair to shoot an ad film for Livon serum. In this episode, contestants were judged on the basis of their imagination and the way they faced the camera. In the episode, they had to self direct the ad film. The pairs were Urvi and Tamanna, Nisha and Kat, Riya and Rushali.

In this episode, they also had to stand in a forever 21 mall posing as statues. At the end of the episode, Kat won the best performance. In this episode, Riya got eliminated. After that five contestants were left to participate in the semi-finals. They were sent to Singapore to participate in the show. They were entered in the Drama Cruises. They did a party on the cruise but did know that they were being clicked by the hidden photographers. In this episode later Kat had to leave the show as she was the weakest member in the top 5. In the same episode, Tamanna was eliminated from the show and only three members were left for the finals.

Nisha, Rushali, and Urvi were chosen as the top 3 to perform in the finale. At the end of the episode, Urvi won the title of India’s Next Top Model. Nisha became the first runner up and Rushali was chosen 2nd runner up. Urvi got a one-year modeling contract with Exceed Entertainment, she also won a portfolio shoot by photographer Dabboo Ratnani. She won a one year contract with Viacom 18, 5 night stay on the cruise, gold gym VIP membership for a whole year.
