Carry on Alia was the spin-off of ‘Tera Kya Hoga Alia. It was a comedy series on Sony SAB. It was produced by Optimystix Entertainment. The producer of the show was Vipul D. Shah. It was the second season. It premiered on 31st August; 2020 and continued for two months. It went off-air due to its low TRP. The show’s plot was that in the first season, Alia was a beauty pageant that taught history in the school.
In the second season, the story continues that from being a teacher at school. Alia, along with other teachers, becomes reporters in the channel ‘Desh Ki Dhadkan. Anchor of the show Ms. Dhadkan who hosted Aapki Dhadkan Boli, covered entertainment, gossip, and glamour stories. Alia decides to show the reality and cover valid and meaningful stories for the channel.
She gets success in uncovering her first case. She receives praise for that. It results in Alia getting her show named ‘Carry on Alia. Due to Alia’s growing popularity, Ms. Dhadkan becomes jealous and hatches a plan against her. When Alia is to get a promotion, Ms. Dhadkan frames her for the robbery of funds meant for a pregnant lady. But her plain is failed; she was exposed by plotting with the rival television channel.
