Big Bahuriya unlike other talk shows engages the participants and guests in numerous games and discusses the issues faced by women in real life. The host Rinku Ghosh visits the house and neighborhood of the participant/guest that she invites to the show. Each episode begins with her giving a disclaimer and then visiting the participant's house. She talks with the neighbors to get an idea about the relationship between her guest and their mother-in-law. She gives a score or a point regarding the topics she discusses with the neighbors. Then they enter the house of the guest and engage in a conversation with the guest who happens to be the 'Bahuriya’ or the daughter-in-law of the house and her mother-in-law. The host tries to understand and capture the dynamics of the family and asks about the challenges and problems faced by the family and how they solve them. The aim of the talk show is to bring families closer and mend some relationships between the women and their in-laws. Overall, it is a very good and social TV show.
