The story revolves around Muqaddas, the leading lady of the series. Her family calls her unlucky since the day she was born. The family was expecting a boy when Muqqadas was born. It disappointed her family. Moreover, on the day of her birth, a massive fire burnt down her father’s factory. The factory was their sole means of income. Due to this, Muqqads is called unlucky by her father and her brothers. The family becomes bankrupt. They now have to live in poor conditions. 

When she becomes young, she meets a boy, Ahsan, and falls in love with him. She wants to marry him. Farzana is Muqqadas’ sister-in-law. She is a very greedy lady. She always finds dirty ways to get rich. She makes a deal with Jamal, a rich man. She promises him to marry Muqqadas in exchange for a sum of money. Muqqadas does not want to marry him. She has no say in this. Farzana somehow convinces her family of this marriage.

On the day of the wedding, Maqqadas plans to run away. She runs away on the night of her wedding, hoping that she will marry Ahsan. She meets Ahsan, who has second thoughts about their marriage. Ahsaan’s stepmother and step-siblings convince him not to marry her. This disappoints Muqqadas because she was cheated. Meanwhile, Muqqadas’ family tells everyone that she has died to save themselves from dishonor. Having nowhere to go, Muqqadas returns home. It shocks everyone, and their lie about the death of Muqqadas is exposed.

This brings shame to their family, and she is hated more. Her family humiliates and disrespects her more than before. Muqqadas finally stands up for herself and decides to prove to her family that there is no such thing as an unlucky person. She faces many challenges after her recent heartbreak and abusive family to prove her worth.
