Fida is a Telugu soap opera that was aired in Zee Telugu. The serial was broadcasted in the year 2019 from 5:30 pm. This serial is a dubbed version of the Malayalam serial Alliyambal, which was aired in Zee Keralam. The story revolves around Valli and Deva, where it portrays the beautiful romance and bond in their relationship. The story takes place in Alapuzha, and the serial begins with showing over the nature of the village. Valli is a teacher in an elementary school where she was known for her boldness and her beauty. Valli is smart and is also liked by everyone for her humble character. One day she meets Deva and falls in love with him because of his soft-spoken character. Valli attempts on several ways to express her love for him, and eventually, Deva also falls in love with her.
The serial shows the viewers how love can transform a person and makes the viewers mesmerized with their lovely journey, but things turn to heat on when Shreeja, sister in law of Deva, comes up with devious plans to ruin their relationship. Shreeja wants to create a rift between them as she doesn’t want to share the family wealth with another daughter in law. Shreeja also sets up her sister Malavika to make Deva fall in love with her, but as more Malavika tries to approach him while Deva's feelings for Valli grow stronger every day. The remaining episodes depict how Shreeja plots on a plan to separate them and also create curiosity among the viewers with the questions like “Will they pursue their relationship after all the barriers?”. The serial increased the TRP rating and captured the hearts of many viewers. The prominent roles in this serial are played by Dhanush, Pallavi Gowda, and Keerthi. Pallavi's graceful performance was also appreciated by the viewers.
