Nevertheless is a South Korean series created by JTBC. The series is based on the book of the same name written by Jung Seo. Scripted by Jung Won, Nevertheless is directed by Kim Ga-ram. Kim Tae-sung and Cho Kyung-hee composed the music. Jung Ah-reum, Kwon Mi-Kyung, Park Seong-Eun, and Kim Bo-reum produced the series under Studio N, Beyond J, and JTBC Studios banners. Moon Mun-hwan and Choi Young-ki cranked the camera, and Shin Seung-ah and Lee Ga-young did the editing. The series aired on JTBC on Saturdays at 11 pm from 19th June 2021. It is also available on Netflix.
Park Jae-Eon is a bright student who moves well with everyone. But, he doesn’t want to get stuck in a romantic relationship. Yoo Na-Bi is a student who studies in the same university where Park graduates. She decided not to fall in love after her first love broke up. When Yoo and Park meet, they fell in love with each other. Were they able to continue their relationship? The rest of the story deals with it.
Han So-hee plays the role of Yoo Na-bi, and Song Kang plays the role of Park Jae-eon. Chae Jong-hyeop plays the role of Yang Do-hyeok, Na-bi's childhood friend. Lee Yul-eum plays Yoon Seol-ah, Park Jae-eon's schoolmate. Yang Hye-Ji plays Oh Bit-Na, Yoo Na-bi's close friend. Besides these stars, the series has Kim Min-gwi, Lee Ho-Jung, Yoon Seo-ah, and Jung Jae-Kwang in supporting roles. Han Eu-ddeum, Yoon Sa-bong, Seo Hye-won, Lee Seung-hyub, Kim Moo-jun, Yoo Ji-Hyun, Son Bo-Seung, and Lee Jung-ha were seen in the extended cameo roles. Choi Sung-Jae, Ha Do-Kwon, Go Won-hee, and Seo Jeong-Yeon made special appearances in this series.
