Zindagi Teri Meri Kahani is an Indian Television Drama broadcast on Sahara Tv. Lead roles played by Ronit Roy and Mrinal Kulkarni, Rupali Ganguly, Sudesh Berry.

The serial is about the breaking relationship of Rahul and Medha who are like any other couple of metros, their marriage fails to survive. They both had a conflict of their lifestyle and the surviving in the metro with a better lifestyle. After a too much miscommunication, they wanted to take divorce, but forced to live together as a happy couple for the sake of Rahul’s Father. After the story takes a turn and their diagnosed with Bone Cancer and they need a bone marrow then they had to come together. But later they fall in love again and washed out their misunderstandings.

Zindagi Teri meri kahani was a Hindi drama serial aired on Sahara One in 2001. the serial was produced by Manisha Gupta of Manisha creations Productions and the main star cast of the was Arun Govil, Parmeet Sethi, Mrinal Kulkarni and Irawati Harshe. This is the story of a metropolitan couple, Rahul and Medha whose marriage is on the rocks due to economic pressures of the present metro population. They still put up a brave face outside and remain together to please Rahul's father. They also have a kid, Ankit who is suffering from bone cancer.
 
They desperately want to save the child, but the only treatment available is bone marrow transplant from a sibling from the same parents. The disease forces Rahul and Medha to come together again in order to save the child. It gets more and more difficult with them because in the meantime, a new woman has also come in the life of Rahul and there is the presence of Vicky as well who is a well wisher of the family. The serial depicted rise and fall in the lives of Rahul and Medha, their sentimental problems and above all, the urge to save the life of the child results in a very good and understandability in relationships in the serial.
