Plot
The film revolves around Krishna (Arjun Mahi) and Satya (Tanishq Rajan). Krishna spends most of his time enjoying himself and does not believe in long-lasting relationships and marriage. But one day, he falls in love with Satya. She is a content writer and madly in love with Krishna. The couple gets involved in a physical relationship.
Now, their relationship becomes more serious, and Satya wants Krishna to marry him. But soon, she is shattered when Krishna rejects her and decides to go abroad. Satya also discovers that she is pregnant.
What will she do now? Will Krishna go abroad and leave behind Satya? Will Satya be able to change Krishna and win his love back?
Star Performance
Krishna (Arjun Mahi) is the real strength of this film. He gave a fantastic performance. He shows all the characteristics of a playboy who is not at all serious. His performance looks very natural and real. Satya (Tanishq Rajan) looks beautiful on screen. She perfectly did her emotional role. Her performance, especially during the last half hour, is mind-blowing. Priyadarshi Pulikonda and Duvvasi Mohan make the film entertaining through their comedy. The rest of the supporting cast executed their part as required.
Analysis
The film Ishtanga is full of comedic and emotional elements. It makes the viewers laugh, gives them a realistic feeling of true love and pain in love. There are some romantic scenes as well, and no kind of vulgarity is shown in these scenes. The last half hour of the film is superb and very engaging. The lead actors try their best to make this film interesting, and they are successful in this. The direction, camerawork, music, and production values all are outstanding.
However, the film suffers from many weaknesses. Firstly, the story of the film has nothing new. A girl falls in love, the boy cheats on her, and then the girl try to win her love back. This concept is shown in many previous films. Secondly, the reason for the conflict in their relationship is very silly.
Overall, Ishtanga is a great film. The climax, performances of the cast, emotional and comedic moments hold the film firmly.

Despite the low budget, film Ishtangaa is quite impressive. Though it is an old-age romance story, the comedic and emotional scenes are a plus point for this film. The last thirty minutes are superb. You should try this film once.
