Plot
Rangaiah raises an orphaned boy, Arjun. Rangaiah was a Kabaddi player, and he feeds Kabaddi to Arjun and trains him well. Arjun wants to participate in the national-level Kabaddi championship. Meanwhile, he falls in love with Devika. Once, he had to choose between Devika and an important Kabaddi match. Arjun picks the sport, and leaves Devika behind. After participating in the match, he returns to his place, just to see that things are not smooth. What happened to his love for Devika? How is Kulkarni connected to his life? The rest of the story reveals all these.
Star Performance
Whether it is the physical transformation or performance, Vijaya Rama Raju did everything dedicatedly. Dayanand Reddy’s performance is excellent. He lived as Rangaiah. Ajay is quite good in his role as the coach.
Analysis
The sports drama is okay with its theme. But the first half didn’t have enough connecting elements with the audience, especially the sports scenes. Also, the love track doesn’t impress, as those scenes are routine. The BGM is decent, but the songs are not attractive. Except for Dayanand and Ajay, none of the supporting actors is utilized well. Talented actors like Sija didn’t get a proper role. Although Ajay’s performance is fine, his character should’ve been crafted with enough depth.

Despite the negative elements, the film can be watched once for the performance of Vijaya Rama Raju and Dayanand Reddy!
