Lakshmi Priyaa Chandramouli is a well-known Tamil actress who reigns both in Tamil Television and Film industries simultaneously. Like many other successful actors, she too started her acting career from the theatre, but not exactly by acting on stage. She worked full time for an English Theatre company named Evam, from where she was chosen for a Tamil film.
Lakshmi Priyaa originally hails from a Tamil Brahmin family of orthodox culture, where no one thinks of taking up acting as a career. She too completed her studies and achieved Master’s degree in Human Resources from Madras School of Social Work and joined a corporate company in Chennai as a HR professional. Even initially she joined the theatre group only as management personnel, but later on developed interest for acting when she was offered a role in a Tamil film. She was also a good sports person from very early stage of her life and played cricket in national level and became a national champion in Ultimate Frisbee as well.
The acting career of Lakshmi Priyaa started with the film ‘Mundhinam Paartheney’, directed by Magizh Thirumeni who selected her for a short supporting role there. She carried on with her full-time job till she got multiple offers for roles in films and in a television serial too. She played the short role of the wife of a character named ‘Saravanan’ in the Tamil film ‘Gouravam’. But she got her first lead role in the film ‘Sutta Kadhai’, where she played the role of a bold tribal girl named ‘Silanthi’ and this film earned her enough acclamation from the common audiences and also from film critics. She also played the role of ‘Zaina’ in the film ‘Angels’. But her debut TV show is ‘Dharmayutham’, where she plays the important role of a lawyer in a legal firm. This popular serial started from August 2012 and is still aired on Star Vijay TV channel in weekends and is directed by A.L. Abinandran.
Now Lakshmi Priyaa’s next film ‘Kallapadam’ is waiting to be released soon and it was directed by a debutant director Vadivel.
3. Gautham Ramachandran
Gautham Ramachandran is an Indian film director, writer, and screenwriter. He was born and brought up in Kerala, India. So far, Gautham Ramachandran has worked in the Mollywood entertainment industry, and his artwork has been released in Tamil and Malayalam language movies. Gautham has worked in popular movies like Gargi, a Tamil drama film starring Sai Pallavi and Kaali Venkat, which will be released in the year 2023; and Richie, an action and crime film released in the year 2017. He also worked as a second unit director on Mugamoodi, a drama and superhero film that was released in 2012. It was nominated for the SIIMA-Tamil award, Best Actor in a Negative Role award, and Best Female Debutant.

Vinod Shornur is a South Indian producer who works in the Malayalam film industry. His production company is known as "Cast N' Crew." He produced the Malayalam comedy thriller "Oru Vadakkan Selfie" in 2015, starring Nivin Pauly, Aju Varghese, and Manjima Mohan. Vinod Shornur has also worked as a production controller in films such as Thattathin Marayathu, Homely Meals, and Thira. Nivin Pauly is predominantly a Malayalam actor. Born on 11 October 1984, his debut film was Malarvaadi Art Club. The direction of this film was by Vineeth Sreenivasan and production by Dileep. Some of the other films of Nivin Pauly include Bangalore Days, Thattathin Marayathu, Premam, Oru Vadakkari Selfie etc..The films 1983 and Bangalore Days fetched him the Best Actor Award from Kerala State Film Award. Nivin holds a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering. He is happily wedded to Rinna Joy since 2010, and they are blessed with a boy. Before taking up acting as his profession Nivin was working in Infosys for two years.
Nivin’s selection for the Malarvaadi Arts Club was not that easy. He was not one among the shortlisted actors for the audition, but when one person eventually left, Nivin was provided with a chance. Later he became an actor. From then on, Nivin worked in the movies Sevenes and Metro and some short roles in Spanish Masala and Traffic. He also worked in the music video Nenjodu Cherthu. This was a great hit in YouTube. It was the 2012 flick Thattathin Marayathu which was a turning point in Nivin’s career. It was a great hit and he was labeled the present youth sensation. Directors like Sathyan Anthikad, Aashiq Abu, Rajesh Pillai and Shyamaprasad directed Nivin. Neram was the debut film of Nivin in Tamil. Later he acted in some Malayalam films, including Bangalore Days.
The beard is a regular in some of Nivin’s films. Nivin has worked with his colleague Dileep in several Malayalam films. Nivin confesses that he was good at knowing dialogues of films by heart and telling them just like the original. Before taking up acting Nivin had no stage experience and he knew only to dance. Nivin focuses on giving his best to his films.

Prakash Raj, born on 26th of March, 1965, as Prakash Rai, in Bangalore, is an actor, director, and producer. He is also a television presenter and has worked in films of many languages. In the first few years of his career, he worked in Kannada Doordarshan, doing serials like Guddada Bhootha, and he also acted in supporting roles in Kannada movies like Nishkarsha.
