Star Performance

Srikanth performs well in the negative role. Raai Laxmi impresses the audience with her emotional performance.

Although the story is different, the director should have concentrated more on the screenplay and execution. However, the performances of the leads make the audience watch the film to an extent. Not all the roles are written perfectly. Except for the lead roles, the rest of the characters need some depth. The last few minutes of the film are really interesting. If the VFX works had been better, then the movie would have gone to the next level. Certain scenes seem to be repeating again and it reduces the good feeling that had been developed by some well-executed scenes.

What’s There?

  • Different story and neat performances by the leads
  • Climax is appreciable

What’s Not There?

  • Average VFX works
  • Some scenes are repetitive

Although Mirugaa comes with a different story and good performances, some half-baked characters downgrade the film. If we sideline all those, the film is watchable, once!
