Deepali is an Indian singer-turned-actress. She was born as Deepali Kishore on January 6, 1989, in Patna, Bihar in India to Rita (housewife) and Dinesh (police officer) Kishore. She studied at Mt. Carmel School and later attended Patna Women’s College. Initially, she wanted to take a Mass Communication course and become a radio jockey in the future, but she turned singer after joining and became a finalist of the singing reality show, Indian Idol 3 in 2007. Since then, she started her singing career and also hosted a musical show on DD channel, along with Abhas Joshi. She performed a group song in the 2007 Malayalam film, Goal, along with Hindi actor, John Abraham.
