Plot
Subramani raises his son Adithya single-handedly. He wishes his son to become a robotic engineer. Adithya gets a job in Germany. As his father won’t move to Germany with him, Adithya makes a robot to care for his father in his absence. Soon, Subramani became close to the robot and started treating it like his kid. After a while, Adithya finds that his father may face some danger due to his attachment to the robot and rushes to his village. But was he able to handle the situation, or was the possibility of managing the situation left his hands? The rest of the film deals with it.
Star Performance
Ravikumar is good as usual in his dialogue delivery and body language. Tharshan and Losliya didn't impress the audience much with their performances.
Analysis
This remake didn’t do justice to the original. The directors altered the script a bit, and it is nearly like a typical village drama with a robot playing a second lead. However, the scenes involving Ravikumar and the Robot and their bonding are well shot. The village visuals are good, and the VFX is pretty decent. The BGM is okayish. The film has a decent production value.
