Plot
Pratyush Dua is a social media influencer. He has a huge number of followers, and he is nearing the next big step in the fan-following. Unfortunately, his phone, which he considers his soul, goes missing. A fan, who grabs his phone starts using it in his way. When Pratyush tries to get control of his phone, he feels entangled in a web of confusion between reality and the virtual world. Will he solve the issues and come back? The rest of the film discusses this.
Star Performance
Babil Khan has given a commendable performance. Though he is known to us as Irrfan’s son, we can see his performance as fresh.
Analysis
The film starts on a fresh note, bringing in the emotions of an influencer. The director showcases the lifestyle and mindset of the social media influencers and their regular chores. Though these are shown well, the screenplay didn’t have many strong moments. The character arcs are not designed well, and hence, the supporting characters don’t have any grip. Though the feelings of the protagonist are shown well after he loses his phone, something gripping is missing, and it makes the audience lose concentration. The psychological issues are dealt with properly, making the difference between one’s self and his virtual self.
