Plot
A couple is experiencing conceiving issues in their marital life. They adopt a female dog. It conceives, and it brings them happiness.
A hotel manager who insults a dog tries to rectify his error and behaves well with the same dog. At the same time, he falls for the adoption house owner.
A little girl, who behaves too smart, loses her dog and searches for him. She has a strained relationship with her stepfather. But, this search operation helps them to share a new bond.
A drunken elderly lady with a traumatic past takes care of a stray dog and gets a refreshing life. But, she is shattered when she realizes that it won’t be with her, as it has grown up.
Star Performance
Sharad Kelkar and Neena Gupta are sincere in their roles. Tridha Choudhury’s performance is neat. Ehan’s performance is not impressive. Kunaal Roy Kapur and Masumeh Makhija are okay in their roles. The dogs are the only satisfying performers.
Analysis
Making a pet-oriented movie inspired by previous hits is good. But the writing should be crisp and sharp, which is missing here. Though the performances are good, the weak writing didn’t elevate the characters and the movie. The bond between the human and pet is showcased well, yet the depth is missing, making it underwhelming.
