Michael Fassbender is a London based actor of German and Irish descent. He has prominently appeared in blockbuster Hollywood movies. English is his first language; German is his second. He is known for his fantastic intense performances and deep voice. He was born on 2 April 1977 in Heidelberg, Germany. He discovered his passion for acting when participated in a school play at the age of 17. He shifted to London to pursue his dream at the Drama Centre London, at the age of 19. Tom Hardy was one of his classmates over there. Later, Fassbender dropped out. He was a part of some TV shows and plays, namely Band of Brothers (2001), Book at Bedtime (2003), Allegiance (2006).
