According to the latest reports, the actress has officially joined Maria IPS, which is the biopic of Rakesh Maria, one of the most high profile cops in the history of independent India, who cracked multiple cases, including the Black Friday blasts, as well as the 26/11 attacks. Tamannaah will be playing the role of Preeti Maria, who is Rakesh’s wife in this movie.

Previously, Tamannaah had played a cameo role of John Abraham’s wife in Nikhil Advani’s action drama Vedaa.
