Pawni's career took off from that stage and she has sung a lot of songs in Bollywood and Punjabi films after the show. In a recent interview, the 21-year-old singer said that after she sang for Sallu Miya's "Bodyguard,” offers started to shower from Bollywood. After that, she has sung songs for movies like "Policegiri," "Fugly," "Gulab Gang," and the recent one "Majhi- The Mountain Man." Apart from playback singing, she also performs on stage during her tours across the world, and concerts or shows in India.
