Pawni Pandey Is On A Signing Spree!

There's no dearth of singing reality TV shows in India today. While it is true that winning the show gets you a lot of fame and massive prize money, it is not necessary that you will be showered with new projects in the Industry, where thousands come every day with the same aspirations. Likewise, it is not true that those who couldn't emerge as the winners go back empty handed. The biggest example we could cite today is that of the renowned singer Pawni Pandey, who won the fifth position in the Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Lil Champs competition in 2006. Pawni's career took off from that stage and she has sung a lot of songs in Bollywood and Punjabi films after the show. In a recent interview, the 21-year-old singer said that after she sang for Sallu Miya's "Bodyguard,” offers started to shower from Bollywood. After that, she has sung songs for movies like "Policegiri," "Fugly," "Gulab Gang," and the recent one "Majhi- The Mountain Man." Apart from playback singing, she also performs on stage during her tours across the world, and concerts or shows in India.
