Nirbhaya's case is considered one of the most critical cases in India. A gang sexually assaulted a girl in Delhi and she died at the hospital seven years ago. The case had been running over the years and finally, the judges pronounced the death penalty to the convicts. Among them, one committed suicide and the other was sent to juvenile prison and now he is set free.
The rest of the four will be hanged to death tomorrow. The curative petition filed by one of them had been dismissed and they will be hanged at 5:30 am on 20th March 2020. It is reported that the Tihar prison authorities had already held the dummy execution. Will these kinds of crimes stop at least after the death of those criminals?
