Maya Broke Down On Hearing Sabri’s Death News!

Maya Khan has contributed immensely to the Pakistani Television and Film Industry with her acting, hosting and singing skills. Recently, while hosting a show on a leading Pakistani channel, she came to know about the death of the Internationally acclaimed qawwali singer Amjad Sabri. Amjad was shot with two bullets in the head and one in an ear by the Taliban in Karachi on 22nd June. Although he was taken to hospital on time, he succumbed to death. The news reached Maya while she was live on TV and she couldn't control her emotions and broke down instantly, refusing to believe the saddening news. The video went viral on social networking sites. Maya has sung the song "Mera Koi Nahi Hai Tere Siwa" alongside Amjad. The news came as a shock to the entire nation but her show, apart from paying tribute to the singer, also went on to designate a post to Sabri's son on the A Plus channel's show.
