Ishita Misunderstands That Raman And Shagun Are Married

After Ishita gets hospitalised and get out of danger, Mihika meets Ishita accidently, and the sisters have an emotional reunion after many years. Mihika asks Ishita to come home, but she refuses and says she killed Ruhi and deserves no happiness.
Mihika says Ruhi is not dead, and she is still alive. She shows her the picture of Pihu and tells her that she is her daughter, who has a similar face like Ruhi. Ishita becomes very happy to see Ruhi and Pihu and wishes to meet them immediately. She starts to think about going back to home, but suddenly thinks that Raman and Shagun are married and decides not to go back and ruin their happy life.
