Erum Azam, a talented Urdu actress, TV show host, and model, was born on 12 August 1994 in Karachi, Pakistan. She completed her Bachelor's degree at the University of Karachi. Erum did both her hosting and acting debut in the year 2014 on Express Entertainment and the drama Koi Nahi Apna respectively. She gained a lot of recognition for playing an antagonist role in a political thriller movie, Maalik. Though she never envisioned acting as her career, she has always been interested in entertainment and started as a model.
She has walked for many designers such as Umer Sayeed, Deepak Perwani, Bonanza, etc, and she continues to be one of the successful models in the Pakistan modeling industry. To date, she has appeared in many drama serials, Bad Gumaan, Sehra Main Safar, Piya Mann Bhaye, Rasm-e-Duniya, Phir Wohi Dil, Gila Kis Se Karein, Sasural Meri Behen, etc. She was commended for her performance in the movies Ready Steady Bhaag and Azaadi. Apart from acting and modeling, she also hosts the morning show Kash on Channel Express Entertainment. In a recent interview, Erum Azam admitted that she plans to continue her acting career and doesn't intend to stop.
