Nayanathara Wickramarachchi

Nayanathara Wickramarachchi is a Sri Lankan TV and cinema actress and model. Nayanathara was born on 22 January 1998 in Sandalankawa, Kurunagala, Sri Lanka. She is the daughter of Samanthi Sandanayake. She attended Sandalankawa Maha Vidyalaya and Madduma Bandara Maha Vidyalaya, Weliweriya, for her school education. Her role as Dewmi in the drama- Deweni Inima gained a lot of popularity, and she won the Most Popular Actress Award multiple times at many local award events. She also won the Most Popular Actress Award at the Raigam Tele'es Awards, and Sumathi Awards in 2017, and also at the SLIM-Nielsen People's Awards in 2018, 2019, and 2020. She won the Best Upcoming Actress Award and Popular Actress award at the Derana Film Awards and 3CS Tele Film Awards in 2019. Her debut film- Maa, has not been released yet, however, her first film that was released is Eka Dawasaka Api, directed by Anuruddha Jayasinghe.
