Sanjaya Muramudali

Sanjaya Muramudali is an actor in the Sri Lankan TV and film industry. Sanjaya is from Hanguranketa, Sri Lanka, and lives in Piliyandala. Sanjaya has a younger sister. He went to Diyathilaka Central College and the University of Kelaniya. Sanjaya also studied at Youth Drama School. Sanjaya didn’t enter the entertainment industry as an actor. He was behind the camera, designing costumes and working as an assistant director. He made his debut as an actor in the Sirasa TV drama Maya Patala in 2014. In 2019, Sanjaya won Sumathi Award for the Best Upcoming Actor for the Rupavahini Teledrama Amuthu Rasikaya. Besides this, he won the Sirasa Film Star Award for his performance.

In 2019, he was seen in the drama Oba Nisa on Sirasa TV. He was also seen in Susumaka Ima on ITN Sri Lanka. He was also a part of another teledrama Thoodu telecast on ITN Sri Lanka.
