Mickey Singh, originally Harmajit Singh Mathone, was born on December 21, 1990, in Tanda, Hoshiapur, Punjab, India. He is an Indian-born, American-raised singer, producer, actor, model, and dancer. His father’s name is Devpal Singh. His mother’s name is Surovi Singh. He is mainly famous for remixing Punjabi songs in an urban Desi and jazz style. His remix style got recognition with his extended play titled Mick’s Tape, released on July 22, 2013.

He started singing at the age of three. He completed his education at Heritage High School. Then, he relocated to the U. S at the age of 13 and started working in an American Studio at the age of 15. He also went to learn the art of remixing songs. Later, he started working with American Producers and learned how the sound system works. He gained popularity by the Punjabi remix in 2012 of Rihanna’s ‘Birthday Cake’ track. His other popular songs include Akhiyan, Bad Girl, Ishq Haazir Hai, and Galliyan.

His first official single is through his label MathOne.Ent, titled Double Addi. His first official release in India was ‘Ho Gaya Pyar’ in 2015.
