Anu Manu are Indian music composers who work predominantly in the Punjab music industry. Amandeep Kaushal and his younger brother, Sandeep Kaushal, professionally known by their stage name Anu Manu, were born in Chandigarh, Punjab. They belong to a musical family and received their primary musical training from their father, Anil Kumar Sharma. When they started their career in the late 1990s by writing the songs for their debut music album, "Nach Bilo Nach," they adopted the stage name Anu Manu. They received more recognition for their soundtracks for the music album ‘Shartan’. This was their first major hit.
