Jassi Chana is a film director and producer, known for his work in the Punjabi film industry. He was born and brought up in the city of Jalandhar in Punjab, India. He started his career in the film industry as an assistant director and worked on a number of Punjabi films before making his directorial debut. Chana's directorial debut was the film "Guru Da Banda" (2018), which was based on the life of the Sikh warrior Baba Banda Singh Bahadur. The film was a critical and commercial success and received widespread praise for its depiction of Sikh history and culture. It was also the first Punjabi film to be released in 3D. Chana has since gone on to direct and produce several other Punjabi films, including "Jindari" (2019), "Ikko Mikke" (2020), and "Honsla Rakh" (2021).
