Poonam Sood is a famous Punjabi actress. She has worked as an actor in many films. She was born on 4 December 1980 in Ludhiana. She received her school education from Guru Nanak Public School, Ludhiana. After this, she completed her college studies at Khalsa College of Women, Sidhwan Khurd, Punjab. She also did a course in animations and computers from Azad Multimedia Institute. She started her career as modeling. She has also worked in many commercial ad films.
