Manoj Sood, a Canadian Actor since 1995, was born on 5 May 1962 in Mombasa, Coast Province, Kenya. He has Indian Hindu parents, Dr. B.K. Sood and Narindar Sood. Sood. His son was born on 6 May 1998. His family immigrated to Canada in 1964, where he grew up in Calgary, Alberta. He studied films at St. Michael University School, Victoria, British Columbia. 

He has acted in over 75 TV and feature film productions.
