Devinder S. Dhillon, or Dev Dhillon, is a Punjabi actor. He started working as an actor in 1970. He studied in Dehradun as a child but later moved to Thailand to live with his parents. In Thailand, he approached Thai filmmakers to start acting. His parents didn’t allow him to act, so he decided to move to Canada. In Canada, he worked at Prince George Television Cable; he was the first Indo-Canadian to be hired at a television show. He first worked in the film industry in Canada and later moved to Hollywood. He worked in advertisements and later worked as a Production Manager on the films Hammer of the Gods and Poignant.
He was the first Sikh to be a production manager in Hollywood movies. Devinder worked as the production manager at White Hill for many years, and along with it, he also acted in films such as Footsteps into Gangland (2011), Jatt& Juliet (2012), and Jatt& Juliet 2 (2013). He also acted in the films Solutions (2014), High Moon (2014), Shame (2015), Sardarji (2015), Debris (2021), and Balle Bhangra Paunde Ne (2022).
