It is the first music company with in-house recording theaters and was started in 1983. He is the CEO and Managing director of Sarthak TV, a Broadcast Media company with 35 employees founded in 2010. He is also the CEO and Managing Director of Sarthak Music Pvt Ltd, founded in 1999, and 91.9 Sarthak FM, which is the first FM Station playing 24x7 Odia Songs, founded in 2017.

He made historical success on Digital platforms by creating over 30 YouTube channels with 25 Million subscribers & 7 YouTube Gold Button Awards. In 2021, he launched 3 new Satellite Pay TV channels under the flagship of Sidharth brand in GEC, Movie& Devotional. In 2022, he launched 1^st Ad free satellite channel, Jay Jagannath TV.
