Sudhanshu Sahoo from Cuttack, Odisha is a famous director in the Ollywood industry. His beautiful technique of filmmaking is quite famous in and outside of Odisha. He went to SK Academy school and studied arts at SVM Autonomous college. He started pursuing his dream as a director in 1990. He is a freelance director and made several films that gained immense popularity in Odisha. His first film was an Odia drama film named Kie Pochhiba Maa Aakhi Ra Luha in 1999.

With the passing years, he directed many big and small films. In 2018, Sudhanshu directed a romantic drama film named Local Toka Love Chokha. The plot of this film goes like a usual Indian love story where the two protagonists fall in love with each other, but they cannot get married due to family restrictions and soon the girl’s father marries her off to another man. This film portrays the immense length a person is willing to go for love. Another romantic film directed by him in 2018 is Happy Lucky. Here the life of two twin brothers who chose different paths after their father’s death is shown. Soon coincidentally they both fall in love with two sisters and their paths cross again.
