Shrawan Mukarung is a Nepali personality born on 8th June 1968 in Dilpa village, Bhojpur district, Nepal. He is a Nepali poet, writer and an owner of an album. He began writing at 15, and since then, he has been writing poems. He is a known member of Pragya Pratisthan, Nepal Academy Hall. he has published two books of poems written by him, one book of songs and one album.
