Lal Babu Pandit has been one of the major contributors to the Bhojpuri film industry. Pandit was born in Bihar, India, in 1975. He made his way into the Bhojpuri film industry in the early 2000s.
Lal Babu Pandit’s debut movie as a director was "Jila Champaran" in 2017. This movie was a huge success for Pandit as well as the Bhojpuri film industry. Further, Pandit went on to direct many more successful movies, namely Raja Jani (2018), Coolie No. 1 (2019), Shaadi Ho To Aisi (2018), Dulha Dhire Dhire Cahil Sasurari Galiya (2019), Raja Ki Aayegi Baraat (2021), and Jhumka (2022).
Pandit’s film "Raja Jani" (2018) was a box office hit, and it won several awards, including the Zee Cine Award for Best Bhojpuri Film. His film "Coolie No. 1" was also well-received by critics and audiences. Pandit is much appreciated for his script writing and sense of delivery. He is an inspiration for many aspiring artists.
