On 10th February 2012, Ruby committed suicide in Mumbai’s Goregaon. When one of her friends came to meet her, she didn’t respond to the doorknocks. Doubtful of this, he broke the door and saw her hanging from the ceiling fan. She left a suicide note that no one was responsible for her death.
