Talha Thakur (Born Mohammad Talha) is a theatre artist, actor, and director working in Bollywood movies, TV serials, and theatrical shows. He was born on 18 November 1996 in Bulandshahar, Uttar Pradesh. He completed his early education in his hometown. After that, he moved to Meerut. In Meerut, he studied at Subhrati University. After graduating there he joined Aligarh Muslim University, where he became a member of the AMU drama club.

His hard work and interest got him his first major role as Nawaab Iftar Ali Tabrez in a theatre drama named “Daftar” which was organized at Kennedy Auditorium, Aligarh Muslim University. He played in various theatre shows such as Zabaan Daraaz, Sir Syed, Jis Lahore Na Dekhiya wo Jammiya hi nahi, Daastan-e-ishq, Dons of Babar, Tax-free, etc.

In 2016, he won Best Script, Best Director, and The Third Best Production Awards with AMU Drama Club at a National Inter-University Theatre competition held at Jamia Milia Islamia, New Delhi. He was in the production team. He has also served as the president of the AMU Drama Club. He directed many plays and became famous for his play “Jis Lahore nai vekhya, o jamai nai.”
