Plot

Rahul’s father is an award-winning director who is not busy now, and his mother is an air hostess. They got separated due to some personal issues. While his father wants him to go for stand-up comedy, his mother wants him to get a permanent job that feeds him forever. Though Rahul nods to them, he knows what he wants. He doesn’t want to get married. But, he loves to do stand-up comedy someday in his life. Shreya Rao also has some challenges in her professional life. She couldn’t bear her boss’ orders, and at the same time, she couldn’t hear his dad, who wanted her to marry a guy of his choice. What happens when these two characters meet in life? While Shreya intends to marry a guy of her choice after falling in love with him, Rahul’s idea is not to get married. What will Shreya do to make up Rahul’s mind? The rest of the film deals with it.

Star Performance

Raj Tarun and Varsha Bollamma fit well in their roles. Their chemistry is quite okay. The rest of the characters are also impressive.

Analysis

The story is neat, and the screenplay is okay. The director makes the audience understand the characters, but at the same time, some sequences are left answered. To be precise, Shreya’s character should have been developed better. The first half is more interesting than the second half. The characters are neatly introduced in the first half, while the second half lacks in carrying out those characters. Certain emotional scenes should have been carried out well. The visuals are neat, and the editing is pretty decent. The BGM is good.

What’s There?

  • The story and screenplay are good
  • The stars have performed well

What’s Not There?

  • Some emotional quotient goes missing here and there

Verdict

The movie comes with some good moments, impressive performances, neat visuals, and BGM. If we exclude those improperly executed scenes, the film is watch-worthy!
