Navaratri Movie Review
ORE AST REW
- Supporting Actress:
- Trivikram’s performance is okayish
- Adult comedy and horror are mixed and irritate the audience
- Some scenes seem to be illogical
“Navaratri” is a horror-thriller scripted and directed by Lakshmikanth Chenna. The film is produced by Samanya Reddy Vamsi. The film has the star cast of Trivikram, Hridaya Avanti and Pranaya Murthy. This is the debut for the TV star Trivikram.
A new building under construction seems to have been haunted. After finding it out, the owners want to sell it. But, the supernatural power is stronger than what they have predicted. What did it do? Did the owners do some rituals to sell it? Watch the film to know the rest.
Trivikram has tried his part well. The rest of the stars are not impressive.
The makers had not only designed as a horror-thriller but had also inserted some divine elements. If these two had been mixed properly, the movie might have come out well. But, the director had added adult comedy in the film that makes the audience to look forward to the climax. Similarly, the humor contents in the film are misplaced and made the audience lose their patience.
What’s Not There?
The horror thriller didn’t fit in the contemporary template and make the audience feel bored. If you want to watch an old-style horror-comedy, then you could try this. But, don’t forget that the comedy in this film is not watchable with family!
