. "Yeh Ishq" is a love story between Maaz and Mishkaat. Mishkaat is an energetic and lively young girl. She loves Maaz and promises to be his wife. Maaz loves Mishkaat and wants her to be with him for the rest of his life. Maaz's aunt is the sole decision maker in the family and does not want Maaz to marry Mishkaat as she wants everything to be according to her wishes.
Neha is a decent girl who loves Maaz, and everyone in the family, even Maaz's aunt, wants her to be his wife. Mishkat disagrees with this marriage because of her mother, and she gets engaged to another guy who loves her. It's the wedding of one of their friends, Mishkaat's fiancé forgets to pick her up, so as Maaz is there, he offers to take her home. Instead, he takes her to his farm and forces her to do nikkah with him. She disagrees and cries, but he gets mad and has to make Mishkat his, hence the marriage takes place.
