Sitara Jahan Ki Betiyan is a Pakistani serial premiered in 2014 on Geo TV. It is a comedy drama serial. The serial focuses on the life of Sitara Jahan as she deals with her four daughters. Sitara Jahan is a single mother with four daughters. Nagina is the eldest daughter of the family. She is a chaotic and innocent person, worried about her marriage because of her crossed eyed appearance. Nahima is the second eldest and intellectual in the family. However, as she ages, she frequently becomes depressed thinking about her loneliness. Safeena and Sareena are the youngest in the family. Safeena and Sareena are beautiful, intelligent, and sensible. Safeena is a self-centered girl and dreams of marrying a rich guy. On the contrary, Sareena is the most humble and generous. She doesn’t participate in the family drama and focuses on her well-being. Sareena loves her neighbor’s son, and they are in a secret relationship. Javed and Jattu are Angar Khan’s sons.

Both are careless and roam around the surrounding area, wasting their time.The four sisters are primarily in their home, helping their mother with chores. Sitara Jahan is a selfless, confident, and outspoken woman. Her daughters have adapted these qualities, and thus, she faces challenges to get them married. A man usually marries a woman who is soft-spoken and well-behaved. These qualities contradict the four sisters' personalities. Nagina spends her time outside the home, finding marriage prospects for her. However, mostly, she fails at this job and ends up crying on the terrace. Nahima believes she wouldn’t be able to get married, and thus, focuses on studies. The story escalates when Sitara Jahan receives a call about Sareena’s marriage. At first, she declines the proposal because she has two unmarried elder daughters.

However, later, she invites them to see her daughters. Sareena gets disheartened by wanting to marry Javed, Angar Khan’s elder son. She plans to annoy the prospect’s family with the help of her sisters. Nagina decides to crack an egg on the guy’s head. Later, the guy’s mother is shocked with the sister’s behavior. In the end, the prospect leaves the house. The rumor of Sareena getting married spread in the neighborhood. Javed got heartbroken and decided to meet Sareena.
