This serial focuses on such a message through the life of Shiza. She gets married to Sarosh. She doesn't possess a perfect life, but she has things under control. We often don't get a say in our lives. So, Shiza learns to live by it without much expectation. But when Sarosh breaks up with her and flees abroad, she has a mental breakdown. She found it hard to manage by herself as a pregnant woman. Her life turns into a terrible one when she learns about her child's defect.

Her child, Sehar has been confirmed to suffer from thalassemia by doctors. The information breaks her more, adding fuel to her misery. She has a lot of things to handle by herself. So, she marries another man named Khalid. He is a money-minded person who can do extreme things for money. He is not supportive of his wife and Sehar. He neglects them and works like crazy for money. Shiza finds it hard to cope with her miseries. It is definitely not an easy job to assist a person with a fatal disease. Yet, she doesn't give up and pushes herself to be a good mother to Sehar. Meanwhile, Sarosh, after 10 years of residing abroad, realises his mistake and returns to unite with Shiza and Sehar. Will they lead a successful family, forgetting the past? Will Sehar's disease be cured? That becomes the plot in the series.
