Families hold a significant place in our lives. We learn from them all our life lessons. But is everyone destined to have the happy family they desire? Well, we don't have much of a say in this matter. Our expectations may be shattered by our family members at times. We just need to learn to rise above it. Even though any path we take may lead us to misery, we should focus on modifying our pathway instead of restricting our movements. This story travels on that message through the life of Sabeen. She was born as an innocent and sweet girl. Her kindness and helping tendency keep us attached to her character. When her mother passes away, her father marries another woman. Instead of taking good care of Sabeena, her stepmother and her daughter treat her like a maid in her own house. They are worried about her getting any wealth from the family. And so, they trouble her each day by giving her hard tasks to accomplish.

She doesn't get upset, and instead, she works on their demands. She helps people even though there is something undeserving about them. When an alliance reaches the home of her stepsister, Sabeen feels happy for her. She wishes her good things without any jealousy. But the alliance of Khayam chooses Sabeena over her stepsister. This ignites the fire of jealousy in the minds of her stepsister and stepmother. Just when Sabeena thinks that she is about to lead a happy life, another tragedy awaits her in her husband's house. Khayam has actually married Sabeena to take good care of his ageing mother. He doesn't have any kind of feeling towards Sabeena. He also hides his past marriage and his family's stay abroad. The piece of information shatters her heart. Her only support seems to be her father, with whom she can reside. Will she ever find happiness in her life? Will Khayam realise his blunder and apologise to Sabeena? Well, that becomes the storyline here.
