Madiha Mahila is a story about two sisters – Madiha and Mahila. Madiha is the older sister, and she is intelligent and sensible. On the other hand, the younger sister, Mahila, is careless and selfish. As their mother intends to get them both married off, they come to meet a rich and caring man named Shahriyaar. Mahila falls in love with him but is left heartbroken when he marries Madiha instead. Eventually, Mahila gets married to another man. However, both couples face problems. Mahila, after getting pregnant, gets an abortion and divorces her husband. Meanwhile, Shahriyaar finds himself in a cold and loveless marriage with Madiha. Later, when Mahila moves in with her sister, she uses that opportunity to pursue Shahriyaar and succeeds. The story follows the two sisters and how their lives shape up after this.
