The name of this show got inspiration from an Indian television show called Kaun Banega Crorepati. The concept of this show is that several suitable males from all over Pakistan bring their marriage proposal for Meera. Meera tests these suitors on various aspects and checks their compatibility. Eventually, she eliminates the suitors whom she does not find compatible.

At the end of the show, on the grand finale, Meera urges to announce the suitor that she selects to marry. In the first episode, Ali Shafna introduces the suitors to Meera. All the suitors have submitted a small video clip in which they talk about their personalities, likes, and dislikes. After the videos, each one of the suitors was personally introduced to Meera by Ali Shafina. Then, the suitors shifted to a bungalow called Shah Dil House, where they arranged to spend their journey. The host, Ali Shafina, visits them in each episode and gives them tasks to perform. The tasks would include activities- such as buying gifts for Meera, pampering Meera, doing household chores, etc. The simple motive behind these tasks was to check the patience and compatibility of the suitors. Meera and her brother select the top performer after every task.

On the elimination round, Meera gives red roses to the suitors and announces them to be safe. Meera left the viewers surprised on the grand final day of Kaun Banega Mera Pati. Meera declared Ameer Sohail from Hyderabad as the winner of the show. But she rejected the marriage proposal and asked him to stay as good friends. This result left the viewers surprised and confused. There are rumors and claims by many men that Meera is their legally wedded wife, but Meera has denied all the rumors. The name of Meera’s husband is not confirmed. The show released a total of 23 episodes. Each episode had its series of tasks.
