Rida is a young girl raised by three brothers: Faham, Hatim, and Asim. Shamila is Faham's wife and is jealous of Rida because of how much her brothers love her. Zeeshan is a man struggling to care for himself and his mother after his father loses everything and dies. He falls in love with Rida and his mother asks for her hand in marriage, but Rida's brothers refuse because they want her to complete her education first.

However, Rida's mother worries that Shamila will make Rida's life hard and wants Rida to marry as soon as possible. Zeeshan becomes possessive around Rida and is offended when Rida takes nobody's name when asked if she loves her brothers or him more. He gets typhoid fever and learns that he can never become a father, which causes him to become more insecure. Shamila constantly reminds him of his poor state and mentions that he needed Rida as a maid and not a wife. After hearing that Rida has to do all the housework by herself, Faham sends a maid to Rida's home, but Zeeshan scolds her and tells her they don't need her. Rida eventually gets angry and decides to leave him, but Zeeshan apologizes.

An anxious phone call from her mother makes Rida go home and Zeeshan gets angry because Rida left his mother at home alone when she is sick. A misunderstanding makes him think that Rida has a secret lover. Rida and the maid return to the brothers' home after Zeeshan shouts at her and throws her out of the house and Faham is murdered by Rida's stalker. Shamila blames Rida for Faham's death, and Zeeshan announces their marriage is over. Rida begs Zeeshan to believe she's innocent, but he leaves without listening to her. Shamila continues to poison both brothers against Rida by reminding them she's responsible for Faham's death.

Hatim and Asim tell Rida that they find her to be a burden and tolerate her for their mother's sake. When Rida learns she is pregnant, she hopes that the baby will be a way back to their marriage, but Zeeshan informs her he cannot become a father and gets even angrier thinking that this is proof that she cheated on him. The pressure causes her to faint and have a miscarriage. Zeeshan finds out that the hospital mixed up his reports and that he is capable of being a father. He regrets his harshness and realizes how unreasonable and possessive he was toward her. Hatim agrees to forgive him, but Rida shuts the door on him and says he killed her child, her love, and respect. Shamila emotionally manipulates Hatim and falsely accuses her brother of abusing her.

Hatim and Shamila get married but Asim is wary of Shamila. On their wedding night, Hatim makes it clear to Shamila that he only married her to save her from her brother and she will always be his brother’s wife to him. Zeeshan continues to slip into depression and his uncle forces him to speak to a therapist. Shamila gets access to Rida's phone and stages a plot in which Rida, Tauqueer, and Hatim end up in the same place. Hatim believes that Rida is meeting up with her lover and gets angry but soon finds out that Shamila was the one who arranged this plan. Hatim divorces Shamila on the spot.

Zeeshan meets some serial killers and asked them to whip him 80 times. Rida and Asim stop him and Rida forgives him for the sake of their child. A few months later, Rida's brothers profit in their business, and Rida delivers a baby boy whom she names Faham after her brother.
